LVLUP Subscription & Flat-Fee Services
If you would like to work with us outside of our Flat-Fee or Subscription Model, our hourly rate is:
$475/hour with a 2 hour minimum
LVLUP Subscription Model
LVLUP Legal offers three (3) different tiers of subscription models for clients that want to engage in a long-term relationship with our team for a reduced rate.
Clients have the option of paying 3 months up front for 5% off, 6 months up front for 10% off, or a full-year up front for 15% off. You may cancel the subscription at any time. Payments may be transferable but are non-refundable. Subscriptions cannot be combined.

$129/month for LVLUP Connect
With LVLUP Connect, we offer 1 (hour) of email access and one 15-minute call per month. This is just for ad-hoc questions and does not include any substantial legal work which will be billed on our flat-fee or hourly basis. For a reduced hourly rate, clients can ask us legal questions they have on contracts, capital raises, trademarks, business filings, employment matters, regulations, laws, or any other matter which they need legal advice on. We will also include our Legal Health Check on an annual basis to ensure that you are compliant with all of the state fees for your legal entity.

$2000/month for LVLUP Elevate
With LVLUP Elevate, you get all of the services in LVLUP Connect, plus we give clients the option of using the funds to engage us in one of our flat-fee options or receiving up to five (5) hours of legal services at a reduced hourly rate ($400 vs. $475 per hour). If a client goes above the five (5) hours, they are billed at a reduced hourly rate of $400/hr.

$3500/month for LVLUP Elite
With LVLUP Elite, you get all of the services in LVLUP Connect, we give clients the option of using the funds to engage us in one of our flat-fee options or receiving up to ten (10) hours of legal services at a reduced hourly rate ($350 vs. $475 per hour). If a client goes above the ten (10) hours, they are billed at a reduced hourly rate of $350/hr.
