Contracts & Agreements Subscription Model
This is perfect for social media managers, creators, and businesses with a high volume of short contracts.
LVLUP Legal offers two (2) different tiers of subscription models for clients that want to engage in a long-term relationship with our team and have an attorney read things over before singing.
We offer a discounted service to redline, review, and advise contracts & agreements on a monthly or yearly basis. If you require more than the amount of contracts that month, we will offer you the per contract rate based on your subscription.

2 Contracts per month - $1000 ($500 per contract)
5 Contracts per month - $2,375 ($475 per contract)
10 Contracts per month - $4500 ($450 per contract)
All include:
Includes redline review of the agreement
Up to 1 hour of review with client and/or opposing party
Additional redlines after comments are received
Electronic signatures
Generally, our hourly rate is $475 (2 hour min) for any review By signing up for our monthly service, you receive a heavily reduced flat-rate on our review.
*Cancellation - for the monthly contract review you can cancel anytime before the renewal of your month; however, there are no refunds. If you cancel your yearly contract review, then you will get a pro-rata refund based on the amount of months remaining in the year contract.

20 Contracts per year - $9,500 ($475 per contract)

Contracts & Agreements
Unless otherwise noted, all of our flat-fees for Contracts & Agreements are limited to two (2) hours of our time. You will be notified once the two (2) hours have completed, and if you would like additional services, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $475/hr.
Upon receiving any completed document, you have seven (7) days from the day of receipt to request any revisions.

LVLUP Legal charges $350 to draft an SOW that is or will be later incorporated into a Service Agreement (limit 3 pages).
For clients that are using an SOW in lieu of a Service Agreement, or require a review, the price may vary.
