Investment Agreements
Unless otherwise noted, all of our flat-fees for Investment Agreements are limited to two (2) hours of our time. You will be notified once the two (2) hours have completed, and if you would like additional services, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $475/hr.
Upon receiving any completed document, you have seven (7) days from the day of receipt to request any revisions.

You will meet with LVLUP’s Founder & Managing Attorney, Shermin Lakha, for a full analysis of your business model, investment goals, strategy, and exit plan. This will include:
A review of your Company’s current cap table, current equity distribution, and how equity should be redistributed for your capital raise.
The type of legal documents you will need for the type of investment you seek (Convertible Note, SAFE, Warrant, straight equity, etc.).
A suggested amount you should be raising and whether you should include a discount or pre/post money valuation cap.
Strategy for seeking investment in various seed rounds.
Conversion strategy for Accelerator programs.
Please note that this call is limited to a one (1) hour advisory meeting and will not include any legal documents or contracts, both of which can be purchased separately.

This flat-fee is limited to ten (10) hours of our time. You will be notified once the ten (10) hours have completed, and if you would like additional services, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $475/hr.
