Celina Porteus joined LVLUP Legal in 2021. Since joining the firm, she has been an integral team member handing business entity filings and compliance, as well as various matters relating to intellectual property law.

Celina’s practice focuses primarily on business and intellectual property related matters including business formation, contract creation, and trademark clearance, protection, and enforcement. Celina specializes in providing legal services to e-commerce businesses and fashion brands.

During her time at LVLUP Legal, Celina has worked with a variety clients in the beauty and fashion industries and is passionate about protecting their brands through contracts and intellectual property registrations.

Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine, and Moore LLP where Celina handled a variety of administrative tasks and gained a greater understanding of the ins and outs of running a booming legal practice. In her free time, Celina enjoys reading about recent fashion law cases and traveling abroad with friends.
